I really can't believe that these are 3 & 4 night cruises! It seems like you will need a whole week to do everything on this new ship. Thanks to Erin G for alerting me to this! You have to have a Galactic Starcruiser reservation to purchase any of these items. (I can, of course, assist you with that booking. Use the quote form found here!) https://www.shopdisney.com/star-wars-galactic-starcruiser/

Lots of folks decorate their stateroom doors on Disney Cruise Line! This is my favorite Etsy seller, who I have been using for magnets for years! https://www.etsy.com/shop/CruiseDesignsBB

You may see people in Disney Cruise groups saying they booked GTY and don't know their stateroom number yet. GTY means "guaranteed rate" and is a great way to get a discount on a Disney Cruise, if it's available for your sailing! When you book GTY you're picking a category of stateroom, like Inside, Oceanview (with porthole window), or Verandah (balcony). You will DEFINITELY get that broad category, but you do not get to pick the room or even the area of the ship, like Forward, Aft, or Midship. 1-4 weeks before your cruise you will usually see your stateroom assignment pop up on the app. We often book guaranteed verandah and we have always been upgraded above the minimum Verandah category. It's not always the location I was hoping for, but sometimes, I discover that I like a particular area of the ship more than I expected! When Lil and I sailed on the Dream in October, we were way far forward on Deck 10. Being far forward or aft on a big ship is not my first choice, but in this case we could see the bridge from our balcony, and we also got up close looks at how the ship docks in port! We really learned a lot about the ship, and saved money!

One of the requests for the forum was FOOD! I'm a huge Disney foodie and I consider food to be the big "treat" of vacation. I'd rather eat at Artist Point with Snow White than try to cram another popcorn bucket in my suitcase. That's one of the big reasons we love to stay at Club Level - snacks, snacks, and more snacks. The Disneyland Hotel does not rotate their menu very much during the week. I think they usually have people stay 2-3 nights and we were there for 5, so it got a little repetitive. Still, it was really good, and usually meant we were only paying for 1 meal a day in the parks. It's also great to have beer & wine, soda, tea, lemonade, infused water, and an espresso bar. One of the most fun things about Club Level at DLH is walking down the hall to see all the themed suite doors.

I created this forum category so you can squeal over your treasures with like-minded fans! It's meant to be just for fun. That said, I am not going to ban trades/sales/ISO posts, however, I will not be responsible for any disputes. If you chose to buy/trade/compensate someone, that is to remain 100% between you and the buyer/seller. Let's keep this cool so I don't have to come back and ban these types of post later!

I've been quoting a lot of Universal these days and I know a lot of people consider it a 1 day side trip from Disney, but I want to share this ticket comparison to show you where the value lies at Universal Orlando! For June dates, a 1 day Park to Park ticket is $196. Add Unlimited Express Pass and you're at $355 for ONE DAY. But with the current 3 day + 2 Free Days ticket (5 total days), a 2 park ticket with Park to Park is.... $355. I found a package for June 13-17 at Hard Rock Club (Rock Royalty) Level, which includes free food & drinks and free Unlimited Express Pass, and a THREE Park (includes Volcano Bay) 5 day ticket with Park to Park for only $4600 for a family of 4! Try getting that at the house of the mouse.

If this is something you have always wanted to do, here are the remaining sail dates! Prices are excellent right now and capacity is reduced on cruises. All SWDAS cruises are on the Disney Fantasy, sailing out of Port Canaveral, FL. NOTE: All itineraries are subject to change based on individual ports COVID-19 precautions. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. 7 Night Eastern Caribbean - stops at St Thomas, Tortola, and Disney's Castaway Cay February 5-12 February 19-25 March 5-12 7 Night Eastern Caribbean - Stops at St Thomas, St Maarten, and Disney's Castaway Cay February 26-March 5 7 Night Western Caribbean - Stops at Nassau, Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Disney's Castaway Cay January 29-Feb 5 7 Night Western Caribbean - Stops at Falmouth, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and Disney's Castaway Cay February 12-19

How fun is this? Pixar Day at Sea will be included on nine select Disney Fantasy cruises from January through March 2023. Departing from Port Canaveral, Florida, the Disney Fantasy will sail to several guest-favorite destinations in the eastern and western Caribbean. Eastern Caribbean itineraries feature stops in ports such as Tortola, St. Thomas and San Juan, Puerto Rico, while western Caribbean sailings visit Cozumel, Mexico; Grand Cayman; and Falmouth, Jamaica. Every cruise includes a visit to Disney’s private island oasis, Castaway Cay. https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2022/01/disney-cruise-line-introduces-pixar-day-at-sea-on-select-disney-fantasy-sailings-in-2023

All Aboard! I am set up with Sunshine Flyer for ground transfers from Orlando International (MCO) to the Walt Disney World resorts! I expect this to be my #1 recommendation for transfers, because it looks super fun and is very affordable! ($34 round trip for adults, $25 for kids) https://sunshineflyer.com/

After months of going back and forth on moving my Facebook group to Slack or BAND or Discord, I discovered while migrating my WordPress blog to Wix that Wix has a ready made FORUM! I'm an old school geek so I love a good message board, and I hope that you find this useful for chatting with each other and getting advice on your travels! Please remember that the #1 rule of my group and the #1 rule of this forum is to keep things positive. There are a million fan blogs out there that looooooove for you to be engaged in a negative way, so please take it to them if you want to complain! This is a private forum and I reserve the right to moderate in whatever way necessary to enjoy this space.
